How soon can you attend?
During working hours, Mon to Fri, 6am to 6pm, as soon as the nearest available electrician can get to you, and we give you a real time when you call rather than a hopeful one. Urgent faults and breakdowns that have stopped a business take priority. Out-of-hours attendance is arranged by agreement.
Do you give quotes over the phone?
For a simple, clearly described job, often yes. For a fault, a renovation or anything commercial, no. We need to see it to price it accurately, and the site visit is free. A number given without seeing the job is a guess in 1 of 2 directions, and both cost you.
Do you do residential work, or only commercial?
Both. Most of our week is commercial and industrial, and the residential work in Adelaide's western suburbs gets the same electricians, the same testing and the same certificate of compliance.
